Please allow me to introduce myself and my Restaurant to you. My Name is Christian Pedersen, I am your new host at the Restaurant at Teatr Nowy.

The Theater Restaurant was always a cosy spot, it just did not take full advantage of all the possibilities of its pleasant location. So during the Theater’s last summer break, we renovated the space, found a new crew and trained them, changed the cooking to give it a new style and re-opened with an amazing party on 9th September 2009.

When I talk about my restaurant, often the first question people ask is what kind of food we do.

My answer is always the same – we do not restrict ourselves to food from a single country or region. Everything is possible. But: we follow the principle of fresh produce whenever possible.

To achieve this, we cook seasonally and often with regional produce.

Our menu changes monthly and concentrates on fewer than 20 dishes so as to focus on our principle of freshness. When we realized that you can find only fast food in the area around the Theater, we decided to offer a tasty business lunch menu from Tuesday to Friday that includes a soup and a main dish.

Of course you can also order à la carte at that time, but we promise that our business lunch will be on your table fast enough for you to finish it in comfort.
